Recently, King Boer Goats and JAE Boer Goats were presented with the rare opportunity of acquiring a Boer buck with an exceptional pedigree. Now there are many goats with good pedigrees but this buck had something else--- . These wins came against many outstanding goats (some of these tremendous animals that he competed against and won have gone on to become ennobled). Pedigree and Show Wins are great but they are not enough to make a great buck. A great buck must be able to pass all his good traits on to his offspring. Prototype does this. He produces Show Quality animals that win in the arena. Prototype quit showing at an early age, but in his brief show career he earned sixty-five show points and is now awaiting his progeny to win and be inspected to become ennobled himself.

An astute observer is quickly overwhelmed by Prototypes extremely long extended neck, clean front, and beautiful head. He passes these award winning genetics to his offspring and when you see his progeny it leaves no doubt in anyone's mind as to who their daddy is. Notice also, how gracefully his neck blends in with his shoulders, and I ask you, "Have you ever seen a better top line than his?" Well, I can not honestly say that it is better than Mojo's top line, but if you look closely at Mojo's picture above, you will see Mojo Genetics duplicated in his grandson.

Prototype has been described, by a very knowledgeable breeder, who is very familiar with Mojo genetics, as perhaps the best son that Sumo ever produced. With all the great sires from his past (Mojo, Sumo, Rambo and a double dose of Kaptein from his grandmother and great grandmother), you would expect nothing less. Frances, his great grandmother, has produced so many ennobled goats from so many different bucks that they ought to build her a monument. She is ennobled many times over and is still going strong!
