On May 1, 2005 Judy and I accompanied Brian and Diana King to Barsdale, Texas to Pair-A-Docs Boer Goats where we met the extremely pleasant and hospitable Gale and Bob Dressler. The purpose of our trip was that the King's were looking to purchase a daughter of AABG/LOID show winning doe (COVER GIRL) out of *ENNOBLED* DYNA-MO. While they were successfully completing their transaction, Judy and I were looking at goats. We were like kids in a candy store. The goodies that Bob and Gale had in their store would make any serious goat breeder's mouth water. There was one particular baby buck that we kept returning to look at. When Bob and the King's had finished their business, we inquired about several goats we liked but about this little buck in particular. Bob said that the little buck was only 10 days old and that his mother was an *ENNOBLED* SUMO X *ENNOBLED* MOJO daughter. Bob related that he had A I the mother to a buck called COLLATERAL DAMAGE (Now *ENNOBLED*) who seemed to be winning everything everywhere he went and that the mother had produced this single buck baby. WE LOOKED SOME MORE------WE LOOKED AT THE MOTHER AND DADDY'S PEDIGREES------WE LOOKED SOME MORE. Now the last thing on our minds when we set out on our trip was the buying of a buck but here in our reach was a buck with a HALL OF FAME PEDIGREE and the physical credentials to back up the pedigree. We went into negotiations with Bob which resulted in our becoming MO-COLLATERAL'S new owner. We would have to return at a later date to pick up the King's PLAY GIRL and our MO-COLLATERAL.
